Gooner Gone?

As a bit of an Arsenal fan I noted with interest the renewed speculation about Henry going to Barcelona this weekend.

There is no doubt that he has been pivotal to the relative success of recent years but you have to wonder whether taking a huge wedge if cash now wouldn’t be such a bad idea. Paddy V. was sold at the right time and as TH has not been at his best for a while perhaps taking the money now might be the thing to do. Sentimentally I hope I’m wrong but there is business sense in this. Walcott and v. Persie are more than capable of filling TH’s boots and if Thierry isn’t prepare to make an unequivocal commitment then surely it is the right time to take the cash.
